Frenum Piercing is a popular male genital piercing. The most important things for a successful Frenum piercing are the placement of the piercing and sizing of jewellery.
Frenum piercing is usually placed through the loose skin on the underside of the penis, just below where the glans meet. There are various types of jewellery and attachments that can be used for this piercing.

The healing time can vary from person to person depending on their health and whether or not they follow the aftercare instructions. The first 14 days are crucial in the healing process. During this period it is important not to touch the piercing unless cleaning (once a day for the first 14 days with an antiseptic wash that Totally Pierced provides), no oral contact, limited sexual activity, and to be careful not to knock the piercing.
During the first 3 to 6 months it is not unusual to experience some secretion from the piercing, as this is part of the healing process. We advise not to change the jewellery for the first 3 months and to make sure that only the highest quality body jewellery is used at all times.
