Lovely gem, tricky to put together

Measurements exactly as described, a nice rounded back plate, and a nice multicoloured gem. Only thing I would change is to have a locating pin on the end of the thread on the ball - I'm wearing it in my tragus, and it took a few minutes to get it put together, as there was nothing on the end to keep the thread of the ball located in the post while I got it started. Other than that, very happy.
