I have a sensitivity to most stainless steel materials used in ear hoops and weights so these tunnels allow me to wear common hoops without irritation. They are beautifully made, perfectly polished and cause me no irritation, I wish they made them in 13mm size to make up-gauging easier.

I have developed an allergy to some stainless steels, to more correctly, the Nickel in the stainless steel alloy, which meant that I could no longer wear any of my stainless steel ear rungs and weights.
These 10mm Titanium tunnels isolate my ears from the stainless steel so I can still wear some of my old hoops and weights.
