🔄 Returns & Faults
We totally get it — shopping for jewellery online isn’t always easy. While we can’t cancel or adjust orders once they’re placed, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and what to do if something goes wrong.
🚨 Incorrect Items Sent

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, before opening the packaging.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item(s) or something is missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Be sure to include a photo of your order with your claim so we can fix things quickly.
💎 Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit)
We send all jewellery in sealed, clear packaging so you can return it if it’s not quite right — no need to open it to decide!

Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Items must be in their original sealed packaging — opened items cannot be accepted (no exceptions).

Store credit is processed at the end of each week and we’ll email you the details.
Fees & Deductions:

If you return your entire order, our original postage costs are deducted from the credit.

If you received free shipping but your return means the order no longer qualifies, the shipping cost will be deducted.

A 10% admin/processing/restock fee applies to all returns.

Discounts and promotions are factored into the credit amount.
📦 We recommend using a trackable postal service and packaging items securely — we can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
🛠 Faulty Items (Repairs or Replacements)
Every piece is carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive a faulty product:

You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a repair or replacement.

If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please return the jewellery using the included form (or print one below) and ensure all parts are sent back.

The buyer is responsible for safely getting items back to us.
Not Considered Faults:

Lost parts (please check/tighten jewellery regularly).

Intentional or accidental damage (dropping, over-tightening, using too much force, etc.).

Breakage due to incorrect use (e.g. twisting rings open incorrectly).
