Order Processing

Orders are shipped out quickly, same or next business day. This may extend to 2 days during busy times. You will receive a shipping email when your order has shipped. Check your Junk folder if you do not receive it. 

If we are out of stock on an item, you may get your order in separate shipments. If the piece is no longer available, a refund will be sent for that item. See your tracking email to see what items have been shipped.

Orders are sent from South East Queensland.

Shipping Fees - Australia

Regular Post with Tracking - 2-7 business days

  • Orders up to $30 = $3.99
  • Orders $30-$100 = FREE

Registered Post with Tracking and Signature - 3-7 business days

  • Orders up to $100 = $5.99
  • Orders above $100 = FREE

Express/Priority - Same day processing (order before 1pm) Delivery is Express Satchel but is NOT NEXT DAY

  • $14.99 - Orders over $100 will require a signature

Courier - 3-7 business days

  • Prices start at $7.65 and depend on location. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Fees - New Zealand

  • $16.00 Fully Tracked.

Australia Post is still experiencing some delays within the network. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive and keep an eye on the tracking.

If your order is scanned in at our local Post Office, this means it is on it's way to you. It may not scan again until it reaches you.

If your order is not with you in 14 business days (most are delivered well before this time) please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Click here to lodge an enquiry as the 'Recipient'.
