Please choose carefully - Orders are unable to be adjusted or cancelled once placed.

Current processing time is 1-2 business days. This may vary during busy times, promotions etc.  You will receive a shipping email when your order has shipped. Check your Junk folder if you do not receive it. 

If we are out of stock on an item, you may get your order in separate shipments. If the piece is no longer available, a refund will be sent for that item. See your tracking email to see what items have been shipped.

Orders are sent from South East Queensland.

Delivery Times - Delivery times given are estimates from AUS POST. We have NO control over your delivery once it leaves us. We are not responsible for delays in the postal network.

      Australia Post is still experiencing some delays within the network. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive and keep an eye on the tracking.

      If your order is scanned in at our local Post Office, this means it is on it's way to you. It may not scan again until it reaches you.

      If your order is not with you in 14 business days (most are delivered well before this time) please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Click here to lodge an enquiry as the 'Recipient'.

      To dispute a delivery, there is a link on the Australia Post tracking page to do this. Please note, that if Australia Post has confirmed delivery to the address on the order, we are unable to assist any further and are not liable for any losses. Ensure your delivery address is secure.

      If your order has been returned as being undeliverable, we can ship it again at buyers expense (use this link to pay for postage)  or provide store credit for the order (less our shipping fees).
